OnePlus Nord 5 Leak Reveals Big Upgrades in Performance and Battery Life
OnePlus is expected to launch the Nord 5 soon, and a recent leak from X (formerly Twitter) has revealed some key specifications. The upcoming phone is said to feature a flat OLED display with “1.5K” resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with an under-display fingerprint scanner. A standout detail is its processor the Dimensity 9400e, a lower-binned variant of the Dimensity 9400, which promises better performance compared to the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 found in the Nord 4.
The Nord 5 will reportedly carry a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 16MP front-facing camera, all similar to its predecessor. However, a significant upgrade comes in the form of a larger 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W fast wired charging. The device will sport a glass back, plastic frame, dual stereo speakers, and an IR blaster. In India, it’s rumored to be priced at INR 30,000 (around $355 or €313).
