Oppo Find X8 Ultra Shows Impressive Benchmark Scores with Snapdragon 8 Elite
Oppo’s latest flagship, the Find X8 Ultra, is powered by Qualcomm’s 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, featuring a full 8-core configuration. The model tested includes 16GB of RAM, making it the most powerful version available. Oppo claims a 45% increase in CPU performance and a 40% GPU boost compared to the previous Find X7 Ultra. The Oryon CPU consists of two 4.32GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix L cores and six 3.53GHz Phoenix M cores. Supporting graphics is the Adreno 830 GPU, capable of delivering 3,379.2 GFLOPS, with 768 shading units and a 1.1GHz clock speed. To manage heat, the phone uses a graphite cooling system with a vapor chamber and thermal conductivity rated at 2000W/(m·K).
In benchmark tests, the Find X8 Ultra ranks near the top across all categories. It took second place in both single-core and multi-core Geekbench 6 tests, scored highest on AnTuTu 10, surpassing rivals like the OnePlus 13 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra, and again ranked second in 3DMark Wild Life Extreme (4K) and Solar Bay (QHD) tests. These scores show impressive performance gains. Full results, including thermal throttling tests, are expected in the complete review.
