Lava Yuva Star 2 debuts as ultra-budget smartphone with refined features
Lava has officially launched its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the Yuva Star 2. The device features a 6.55-inch HD+ LCD display, dual cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery with 10W wired charging support. It is now available in offline stores across India for just INR 6,499 (around $80).
Powered by a Unisoc chipset and 4GB of RAM, the Yuva Star 2 runs Android 14 Go Edition. It includes a 13MP main rear camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, dual SIM support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. According to Sumit Singh, Head of Product at Lava, this phone is ideal for first-time smartphone users, offering a refined design, reliable performance, and user-friendly features.
